If you have a cable modem, DSL, or other high-speed Internet connection, and are using Mac OS X 10.5 or above, or Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7, we can establish a secure screen-sharing session -- with access that is completely controlled by you.

While we are connected to your computer, we're also in contact with you by telephone or an audio chat connection; this allows us to talk with you while we're working on your computer.

Security, virus protection, backups, data archiving

Your home computer is a favorite target for intruders. Why? Because they want what you have stored there -- passwords, credit card or bank account information, and any other personal data.
